Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では技術者として活躍するために必要なコンピテンシー（知識の結合活用，協力・協働できる能力，課題解決能力）に焦点をあて教材・教授法の開発を行う．特に高専低学年からの工学教育の初期段階での講義型授業と課題解決型授業において技術者コンピテンシーの“意識付け”と“成功体験”を組込んだ教育活動により，将来の高次の活動（研究活動，ビジネスなど）のための技術者コンピテンシー基盤を構築することを目的として教材開発を行う．また初期のコンピテンシー教育が学生にどのような意識変化，能力変化を起こすかについて評価を行う．
