Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，AYA世代の小児がん経験者がとらえている生きる意味や将来の夢を見いだしたターニングポイントと考える事象や経緯から，復学や社会復帰の意味・在り方を明らかにし，モデルを生成することである．その内容から，多職種で関わる，小児がん経験者の多様性を重視した，復学を含めた「社会的自立外来サポートプログラム」を構築することを目指す。これによって対象者の症状や価値観に沿ったサポートができ，小児がん経験者のQOL向上が期待できる。
