Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、いじめ防止のための学術的知見を得るため、いじめを傍観するメカニズムとしての多元的無知に着目する。多元的無知状態にある学級の生徒は、いじめを抑止すべきだと思っているにも関わらず周囲の生徒は傍観すべきと誤推測していることがわかっている。そこで、個人レベルにおいては対応バイアスに着目し、傍観者の認知過程を明らかにする。集団レベルにおいては、グループダイナミクスの視点から、誤推測している生徒のどの程度いると傍観行動への同調が促進されるのかと閾値モデルをもとに検討する、さらには、学級集団の関係流動性が高まることによって多元的無知状態が解消されるのかを探索的に明らかにする。
