Outline of Research at the Start	社会的孤立・孤独が人と社会に及ぼす悪影響の大きさを考えると、その悪影響の抑制、生じている孤立・孤独の軽減とともに、そもそも孤立・孤独を生じさせない一次予防的な施策の重要性も無視できない。しかし、そのような孤立・孤独の一次予防の取り組みに関する体系的な研究は極めて少ない。本研究課題では、社会的孤立・孤独の発生メカニズムの詳細な検討、その検討結果に基づく孤立・孤独のリスク要因の同定、一次予防に向けての介入施策の提言までを視野に入れ大規模な社会調査を実施する。それによって得られたデータの分析を通じて人びとが孤立したり孤独感を覚えたりすることのない社会はどのようなものかを描写する。
