Outline of Research at the Start

インスクリプションとは、なぐりがき、絵画、文字を含む子どもがかいた線の総称である。インスクリプションは線として残る物理的な特性をもち、ノートやメモといったかたちで記憶補助として利用される。幼児期から就学初期にかけて子どものインスクリプションの形式が変化することは知られている一方、その形式と記憶補助機能が絡み合いながら共に発達するメカニズムは解明されていない。本研究の核心をなす問いは、幼児期から就学初期における「記憶を媒介するインスクリプション」はどのようなメカニズムで発達するのかという点にある。特に、本研究では子どもの日常的なエピソード記憶に焦点を当て、その発達を検討する。
