Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、異性が多くを占める職業には参入者が集まらず定着しにくいというリーキーパイプラインについて心理学的視座から検討を行うものである。具体的には、自己効力、ステレオタイプなどの社会的認知要因を主軸として、異性が占有する領域への参入に関わりをもつ要因について検討を行う。それらに、時間配分や性役割などのキー概念をくわえて、参入した後の適応を促進・抑制させる心理社会的要因を解明する。
