Outline of Research at the Start	虐待被害を子どもから聴き取ることは難しく，面接者は虐待の被害聴取に特化した司法面接スキルの習得が重要である。本研究では，司法面接スキルを効果的に習得できる研修プログラムを検討するため，近年特に重視されてる非誘導的サポートの修得に焦点をあて，①国内外における先行研究や実践報告から知見を収集し，②国内の司法面接研修の現状を調査をし，研修プログラム開発における課題を明確化する。それらをふまえ，③実務家を対象とした研修プログラムを作成し，効果測定を実施する。それらから，司法面接における非誘導的サポートの習得に効果的な研修プログラムの開発に関する基礎的知見を提供したい。
