Outline of Research at the Start	再評価は、状況に対する考え方を変えることによって感情を変える感情制御方略である。再評価には多様な下位方略があり、状況や文脈に応じて用いる柔軟性が必要である。加えて、再評価は自分の感情だけでなく、他者の感情制御を支援するためにも用いられる。本研究では、再評価の柔軟性を測定する尺度の作成と、再評価による自他の感情制御プロセスの検討を行い、柔軟かつ多面的な再評価を促す介入法の作成と効果検証を行う。
