Outline of Research at the Start	精神病理症状の連続体モデルは、特定の次元の精神病理症状を呈する症候群の潜在構造の検証に優れ、その治療反応性の予測はより個別化した心理支援の策定に寄与する可能性がある。本研究では、精神病理症状連続体モデルに基づいて、臨床群及び非臨床群を複数の調査票を用いて定量的に分析し、解離症状を呈する症候群の潜在構造を検証する。その結果、見出された潜在構造の所見が、解離症状を主訴とするクライエントの心理支援にいかに応用できるかに関して、熟練した精神科医と心理職を対象とする質的調査を行う。本研究の成果は、精神疾患の診断に関する心理アセスメントの精度を高めるのみならず、個別化した心理支援の開発が期待される。
