Outline of Research at the Start	完全主義は精神的問題の重要な背景要因であるが、国内ではその理解と介入に関する研究は進んでいない。また近年、完全主義者が陥る社会的断絶に着目した理論と介入モデルが発展しているが、これを構造化された認知行動療法（CBT）プログラムへと統合した研究は国内外で十分になされていない。そこで本研究では、まず社会的断絶モデルをより精緻化して臨床的示唆につなげるための実証的研究を行う。尺度開発を行ったうえで、認知的側面や行動的側面について、モデルに基づいた研究を行う。さらに完全主義者を主たる標的としたCBTプログラムを開発するため、理論研究と効果検証を行うことを目的とする。
