Outline of Research at the Start

精神疾患の診断や症状の評価には、現在のところ精度の高い生物学的指標が存在しないため、専門家による面接に頼る必要がある。本研究では、多様な精神疾患を評価する構造化面接Diagnostic Interview for Anxiety, Mood, and OCD and Related Neuropsychiatric Disordersの日本語版を作成し信頼性と妥当性を検証することを目的とする。この構造化面接は、臨床、研究、教育場面での活用を前提として開発されており、比較的短時間で、多くの精神疾患を評価できる点で優れている。本研究の成果は本邦のこれら三領域の発展に貢献することが期待される。
