Outline of Research at the Start	死にたいと思っても，相談しない人は多い。所属感の減弱（孤独感）や負担感の知覚（他者のお荷物という感覚）などの対人関係から生じる感情は，自殺のリスクを高めるとともに援助希求行動を妨げる。そのため，死にたいと思う者が一方的に「援助される」だけではなく，自身が他者に「援助をする」ことを通して，援助希求行動を促進する視点も必要となる。本研究では，身近な人への援助希求の抑制要因を明らかにし，援助行動の授受を介した自殺予防方略の効果を検証する。悩みを抱える者の「強み」や「成長」に着目した，若年者の自殺予防の新たな方向性の知見となる。
