Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，医療従事者（医師・看護師・公認心理師など）とその養成課程の学生を対象としたマイクロアグレッションに焦点をあてた教育プログラムの開発を目的とする。研究１では一般住民を対象とし，患者・患者家族として遭遇したマイクロアグレッションの質と程度について調査研究をおこなう。その結果に基づき，研究２では幅広い職種に有用性のある教育プログラムの開発を目指す。
