Outline of Research at the Start	自分にとって否定的な情報へ注意を向けることで，他者からの評価を恐れる社交不安が発症したり，不安が維持されると言われている。しかし，訓練によりそのような注意を取り除いても，不安は必ずしも低減しなかったことから，注意の向け方も状況によっては適応的に振る舞う可能性が考えられる。本研究では特に記憶に着目し，社交不安者に見られる注意の向け方の適応的・不適応的機能を明らかにし，不適応的な機能に対しては新たなトレーニング技法による改善を目指す。
