Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は，子どもの問題行動の改善に有効とされている親子相互交流療法（PCIT）のトラウマ心理療法としての効果を検証するものである。 PCITは子の問題行動に対してエビデンスのある治療法であるが，親子双方の心的トラウマに着目した研究はなされてこなかった。育児困難を抱える親には自らの被虐待歴がある場合が多く，子の側にとっては親による不適切な養育態度が逆境体験になってしまっている。近年，成人の精神科患者の相当数に幼少期の逆境体験があることが知られており，早期介入が求められている。PCITのトラウマ心理療法としての効果を示し普及を促すことは，将来的な精神疾患の予防や医療コストの削減が期待される。
