Outline of Research at the Start	強迫性と衝動性は多様な精神疾患に横断的にみられる特性であるが，両者はともに「何かをやめられない」状態像であり，その共通性に近年注目が集まっている。しかしながら，子どもを対象とした知見の蓄積は世界的に見てもほとんどみられない。本研究では強迫性－衝動性の障害を「衝動抑制の問題」と考え，その発達モデルの提示を目的とした。具体的には文献調査を通して年齢ごとの特徴の検討を実施後，養育者を対象とした定量的／定性的調査の実施を通して指標の選定を行うとともに発達モデルを提示し，それを神経心理学的研究によって検証することを目指す。本研究課題の達成は衝動抑制の問題の早期発見および早期支援につながると考えられる。
