Outline of Research at the Start	公認心理師・臨床心理士等は領域横断資格であり、災害時支援においても広い領域での活動が長期的に見込まれる。そこには災害支援者への支援も含まれ、方法論と災害現場との適合について明らかにする必要がある。本研究では、災害時に支援者支援に関わる職種のひとつである心理職において、支援者支援に必要なコンピテンシーと、多様な特徴・背景を有する現場との適合を明らかにすること、そして現場の特徴に応じた支援者支援コンピテンシーを修得するための、心理職向けの支援者支援技術の開発を目的とする。本研究により、心理職の支援者支援技術の向上、現場に応じたスキルの修得、それらの獲得のための教育研修の充実をはかる。
