Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、子どもが親の別居・離婚により親子関係が疎遠になったり心身の健康が阻害される状況を改善するために、子どもへの包括的支援システムを構築することである。そのために、5つの研究①子どもの意向調査の研修と実施、②離婚後の親プログラムの自治体との連携強化、③面会交流支援団体の活用推進、④ドメステックバイオレンス（DV）・児童虐待のリスクアセスメント・ツールの導入と実践、⑤裁判外紛争解決手続（ADR）の研修と実践を行う。①-⑤の実現により別居・離婚を考える親を対象とした離婚後の親プログラムの受講の義務付け、および協議離婚における子どもの意向調査やADRが可能になる。
