Outline of Research at the Start

パーソナリティ障害のアセスメントは「病型」の類型的評価から「パーソナリティ機能の損
減」の質と程度の次元的評価へと移行してきている。これまでパーソナリティ機能の評価手
段としては質問紙法，作業法，投影法が主に用いられてきたが，それらと比べて面接法はあ
まり開発されてこなかった。そこで本研究では，米国で開発されたパーソナリティ機能の損減を評価する半構造化面接STIPO-R（Structured Interview of Personality Organization-Revised）の日本語版を作成し、パーソナリティ機能の評価に新たな視点を加えることを目指している。
