Outline of Research at the Start

近年，パーソナリティ研究領域においてはBig Fiveモデルによる測定が世界的に広く用い られるようになり，パーソナリティ特性から将来のメンタルヘルス，身体的健康，対人関係などのさまざまなアウトカム指標への高い予測力が認められるようになった。本研究では一般成人を対象とした4年間の縦断調査データに基づき，パーソナリティ特性から社会適応指標としてメンタルヘルス，職務満足度，主観的幸福感の予測・説明を試みる。国内外の研究結果との比較検討を行い，交差妥当性について検証する。
