Outline of Research at the Start

就労する糖尿病患者の治療中断や退職後の合併症発症（人工透析・失明・足の切断）が大きな問題となっている。糖尿病の悪化を防ぐには適切な食行動や運動の実施が必要であるにもかかわらず，就労糖尿病患者はその継続が難しいことに問題がある。本研究は，糖尿病悪化への不安および心理社会的要因，採用する対処方略に着目し，適切な食行動や運動の実施に促進的・阻害的影響を及ぼす要因を検討し，糖尿病悪化を予防するための介入に向けた基礎的知見を得ることを目的とする。
