Outline of Research at the Start	多くの研究によりうつ病に対する認知行動療法の有効性が示されているが、ドロップアウトおよび治療に満足を得られていない者を含むと、治療効果の割合は減少する。ドロップアウトや満足度が低い場合、症状の悪化など転帰が悪くなることが明らかとなっており、認知行動療法導入時に患者の適用を判断することは必須である。本研究では、うつ病患者に認知行動療法を施行した症例について後方視的に分析し、認知行動療法をうつ病患者に導入する際の適用条件について明らかにする。本研究の成果から、ドロップアウトを未然に防ぐための方略の基盤を確立でき、うつ病治療における認知行動療法の最適化に関する知見を充実させることが可能となる。
