| Outline of Research at the Start |
SNS相談はアクセシビリティの高さから近年重要な相談リソースとなり、幅広い年代に利用されている。しかし、我が国においては事業化されて間もなく、利用者のアセスメントや相談効果に関する実証的研究は不足している。本研究はSNS相談利用者について量的・質的両面からの分析を行い、利用者の特徴を実証的に明らかにする。また、実際の相談データの分析を通して相談の効果要因を明らかにし、支援モデルを理論化するとともに、AIを用いた相談体制構築について検討する。
