Outline of Research at the Start	女性、高齢者、外国人、障がい者などの多様な労働者が働く職場において、メンタルヘルスに影響を及ぼしている要因を明確にし、多様な労働者が働きやすい職場環境づくりのための研修プログラムを考案する。 (1)女性、高齢者、外国人、障がい者それぞれの労働者の職場環境の課題を調査し、共通点と相違点をまとめ、多様な労働者が働きやすい職場環境チェックリストを作成する。 (2)多様な労働者が働きやすい職場環境づくり研修プログラムを考案し、実施する。また、その効果評価を行った後、改善点をまとめる。 (3)プログラムを職場で実施するためのマニュアルを作成し、多様な労働者が働きやすい職場づくりに向けて広く社会に周知する。
