Outline of Research at the Start

初年度（1年目）では，トラウマ初期支援にあたった経験のある心理職従事者に協力を仰ぎ，現場の声を反映させながら，初期支援時のコミュニケーションスキル・トレーニング教材の考案・作成を行う。2年目には，1年目に考案・作成した教材を取り入れて，トラウマ初期支援の研修・教育プログラムの作成を行い，その内容の精査・評価を行う。プログラムの内容をプラッシュアップし，3-4年目にはトラウマ初期支援の研修・教育プログラムを実際に提供してみることで，その有用性・有効性の検証を試みる。
