Outline of Research at the Start

児童期マルトリートメント（Child Maltreatment: 以下 CM）は公衆衛生上の重要な課題である。CM の効果的な予防のために、学校教員が CM を報告することを躊躇・過少報告させる障壁を特定し適切な専門的訓練を受ければ、CM に対する必要措置を早期にとることができると考えた。本研究では、教員が CM 予防に関するゲートキーパーの役割を担うための心理的な障壁要因と促進要因を明らかにすることを目的とする。小中学校教員 30 名を対象とした面接調査による質的研究と大規模のアンケート調査による量的研究を行い、その結果をもとに CM 予防のための教員向けプログラムを作成し、効果検証を行う。
