Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，III型フォンノイマン環と群作用の関わりについての研究である．これらはいずれも自然な研究対象であり，多くの基本的な例がある．本研究はdeformation/rigidity theoryと呼ばれる群作用とフォンノイマン環の理論と，冨田・竹崎理論とよばれるIII型フォンノイマン環の理論の両方を用いる．特に興味を持っているのは，離散群の（測度を保たない）ベルヌーイ作用やガウス作用であり，これらに対するなんらかの剛性定理を示したいと考えている．
