Outline of Research at the Start	自己組織化に伴うパターンダイナミクスが反応拡散系理論で明らかにされてきた。その中で近年、メトリックグラフ上の解の挙動の解析が盛んになりつつある。メトリックグラフ上の反応拡散系では、グラフで構成される “網目” の上での拡散現象に興味の対象がある。そこでは反応拡散系がグラフのトポロジーに影響されて通常の区間とは異なる挙動を示す。本研究課題では、コンパクトなメトリックグラフを対象にしてパターン形成の分岐理論を展開することを目標とする。将来的には量子カオスやランダム行列理論と反応拡散系理論を結ぶ新たな分野形成につながることも期待される。
