Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、地上ミューオン計と中性子モニターによる汎世界的ネットワークで観測されたデータを解析し、宇宙線観測に基づく新たな宇宙天気現象研究を展開する。特に、地球がCMEの端を通過する際に観測される「仮面フォーブッシュ減少（FD: Forbush Decrease）」の解析を行い、衛星観測では窺い知ることの困難な、広大な空間に拡がったCMEの大規模磁場構造に、宇宙線観測から迫る。
