Outline of Research at the Start

大気重力波を陽的に解像することにより現在その描像がより精細なものへと塗り替えられつつある中層大気領域においては、そこで発現する各種擾乱の成長特性などの知見蓄積が求められている。本研究では、重力波陽解像設定が標準の中層大気予測の実現を目指した研究開発を行う。全球モデルと領域モデルを柔軟に使い分け、成長モード育成法による摂動抽出を網羅的に行い、適切なアンサンブル予報の設定確立に向けた基礎情報を獲得する。
