Outline of Research at the Start

異種材料で構成された積層クラッド板を対象にプレス成形中に塑性不安定変形を意図的に発現させ,内層界面が周期的に湾曲する波状層界面(内層のうねり,またはくびれ)構造のクラッド部材を創製する.これは成形と内部の機械的接合の同時実現を主眼したものである.3層積層クラッド板(外層は同一材料)のしごき(減厚)成形を対象に,波状層界面の形成条件・機構を解明し,その構造特性を調査する.
