Outline of Research at the Start	カーボンナノチューブ（CNT）はその１次元的な構造の急峻な状態密度による高い熱電性能や非常に高い熱伝導率をもつというユニークな特性をもっているが1本の熱物性は実験的にほとんど明らかになっていない.本申請ではナノスケールの温度計測が可能であるダイヤモンド中の窒素空孔（NV）センタによる１次元材料の熱計測技術を開発し，長さ依存性，構造依存性，温度依存性等の熱物性を明らかにすることによりCNTの熱電変換効率を最適化する.
