Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は無線通信のさらなる高速化を目的とする。過負荷MIMO (Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output)空間多重技術を適用し目的の達成を図る。従来、過負荷MIMO空間多重は多数のアンテナが設置可能な基地局から端末へのダウンリンクだけが適用範囲とされてきた。本研究では『過負荷MIMO空間多重実現の原理は何か』という学術的問いを軸に、全ての無線リンクでの過負荷MIMO空間多重の実現法を探る。シングルユーザに加えてマルチユーザ過負荷MIMO空間多重をも検討する。そして、全てのリンクの通信速度を2倍以上に向上させる。
