Outline of Research at the Start

悪性黒色腫(癌)のうち皮膚表面にできる腫瘍の治療方法は生体検出に限られ、治療効果の評価は経過観察と5年生存率にのみ依存している.申請者がこれまで構築してきた高時空間分解能(0.1 mm・0.1 ms)・完全非侵襲(In vivo)・絶対値計測(単位:mm/s)の三つを併せた完全非侵襲型生体計測方法としてMultipoint Laser Doppler Velocimetry(MLDV)のノウハウを活かし,レーザー光の交差領域で血流計測を行いながら,加熱域とすることで腫瘍内部の熱負荷応答を血流ネットワークの絶対値で画像化する.
