Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では,極域のような温度成層の場を設定することが可能な風洞水槽を用いた実験を実施し,安定・不安定および中立成層のような温度成層と風波の生成・発達機構の関係を明らかにする.さらに,海面抵抗係数CDで評価されるバルク式の海面応力を運動方程式に与え,粒子法による数値水槽を開発して,観測データの乏しい極域における風波の発達率の予測精度を向上させるだけでなく,実現象にも適用可能なバルク式の確立を目指す.
