Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，観測データ分析と数値計算を駆使し，まずうねり発生時の海上風特性を分析する．ついで風と波，これらの方向性が海上風特性に及ぼす影響を検討する．これら観測データの分析で得られた成果を踏まえ，代表的な洋上風車を対象にうねりに対する風車挙動を解明する．これらにより安定かつ安全な洋上風力発電施設の合理的設計の実現を目指すものである．
