Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，既存の物流センサスと道路交通センサス，そして交通量配分用の道路ネットワークデータを用いることで道路リンク単位の金額値としての Value Flow を推計する手法を開発する．具体的には物流センサスから貨物のValue 値を推計し，道路交通センサスのB ゾーンOD 表でそれを按分する．推計されたValue 値を確率均衡配分計算により，全国（北海道，沖縄県を除く）の道路リンク別のValue 値を算出する．
