Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、佐賀平野における地域毎の流域治水の遺構を現地調査ならびに洪水氾濫数値解析により定量的に評価し、さらに地域ワークショップにより地域毎の在来知としての治水と地域の伝統・自然の価値との関係性について地域の意見を聞きながらその価値を再確認し、流域治水の具体的対策提言まで行う事を目的とする。本研究の特徴は以下の通りである。
1．藩政時代の成富兵庫らによる流域治水遺構が残る佐賀平野に焦点をあてた調査
2．令和3年から始まった流域治水の具体的方策検討に資する研究
3．在来知と地域の自然観の関係に着目した独創的な研究
4．干満差最大の有明海に面する低平地であり気候変動の影響が最も大きい所の調査
