Outline of Research at the Start	融雪期の積雪は水溶成分が溶脱しているために，化学分析などにおいて重要視されていなかった。一方で，積雪涵養期に堆積した非水溶成分が融雪期の積雪表面に濃縮されている。本研究では，融雪期の立山などの高所において表層雪を採取し，濾過・未濾過試料に分け，イオン成分，水銀や他の金属成分の分析を行い，保存中の濃度変化や積雪涵養期の試料中の濃度と比較し，非水溶成分の濃縮状態を評価する。また，細菌叢解析を行い，硫黄酸化細菌などの存在状況を把握し，保存中の硫酸生成過程を検討する。さらに，マイクロプラスチックの分析を行い，ほとんど理解されていない山岳域への輸送・沈着を評価する。
