Outline of Research at the Start	特にマイクロプラスチック(MPs)排出量が多いと推定されているベトナム，インドネシア及びフィリピンの研究者と共同で，各国内の代表的な河川，内湾および沿岸域の1μm～5㎜のMPs濃度実態を顕微FTIR及び顕微ラマン分光装置で調査し，海洋への排出量推定を実測データから推定する。さらに，得られたデータをParticle-tracking numerical modelに適用し，各国から排出されたMPsが黒潮海流を介して日本沿岸に到着するまでの海洋への移流拡散状況を推定する。
