Outline of Research at the Start	室内空間内の天井面や壁面に白色と緑色あるいは有彩色の光色を発するスポットライト等の光源を配置し，屋外で木漏れ日を浴びている状態で人々が感じる快適な刺激を在室者に及ぼす照明設備開発のための知見を蓄積する。研究は主として実験室内に様々な光色・輝度を発するランプ（スポットランプや面光源）を配置して，その場における心理印象を被験者実験によって検討する。空間用途は集中やリラックスのような異なる目的をそれぞれ想定した実験とし，空間用途に合わせた「緑色照明」の開発を狙う。
