Outline of Research at the Start

研究の目的は、①家屋、付属屋、屋敷地、農地の利用・管理状況、管理頻度、管理意向を世帯ごとに分析し、その空間的・属性的特徴を明らかにし、②地域外人材が参画する空間管理が部分的に実施される先進地域での受入経緯、住民の意向から、受入に有用な知見と課題を明らかにし、③　①②から空間管理量の空間的分布を図示し、地域外人材受入を伴う空間管理計画の策定、④計画の一部を地域づくりで実践、事後評価を行うことである
