Outline of Research at the Start	建物を３次元で示すBIM（Building Information Modeling）は、従来の２次元図面と比較して主体間のコミュニケーションを容易する効果がある一方、設計図書や維持管理情報が散在している既存建築物に対しては、BIM化にかかるコストや人材不足等により、実用化にはまだ遠く及ばない。本研究は、簡易な建物形状情報と最小限の属性情報を保持した「マス空間モデル」でプラットフォームをつくり、更に維持管理作業員が普段の業務の中で生成する維持管理情報をデータベース化する。そして、それらを座標情報で連携させることで、建物の維持管理を長期的にマネジメントするシステムを構築する。
