Outline of Research at the Start

日本各地でコンパクト化を目指し、立地適正化計画策定が急速に増えている一方、立地適正化計画の実現に懸念が生じている。立地適正化計画の実現のためには、土地利用計画と緊密な連携・調整が必要だが、まだ具体的な仕組みとその仕組みの実装までのプロセスについては解明が不十分である。
そこで、本研究は、これまでの立地適正化計画策定を機に取り組んできた都市の様々な空間計画との連携・調整における実際の経験、既存の誘導・規制仕組みの評価をもとに、都市構造再編に向けた都市空間計画の連携・統合システムの構築と実装プロセスの提示を目指す。
