Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、「河川空間のオープン化」に基づき地域主導型の親水まちづくりが実施されている全国116ヶ所の事例を対象に、取り組みの実施状況を把握し、地域性を考慮した水辺の利活用の実態を網羅的に把握する。次いで、親水まちづくりに関わる多様な主体をつなぐ都市の水辺特有の組織体（＝親水組織）の存在に着目し、その形成過程や親水まちづくりにおける専門的な役割を明らかにする。それにより、親水まちづくりにおける親水組織を中心とした地域社会のモデル化を行い、今後の親水まちづくりの発展に資する都市の水辺の空間利用および地域連携モデルを提案することを目的とする。
