Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、日本全国に古くから存在する神社と自治会に着目することで、地域住民が地域文化を継承・自治する範囲である氏子圏を都市計画的な観点から再評価する。このような地域自治の運営手法に関する研究蓄積に対し、神社の氏子制度と自治会の組織体制の関係を見直し、1)現代に即した自治の規模と役職による持続的な地域の組織体制の適正化と、2) 地域文化の継承と自治機能の維持を目的とする氏子圏の再編成に向けた知見の獲得を目的とする。
