Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、ドイツで新たに定着しつつあるプレファブ住宅の生産システムの実態を解明し、持続可能なかたちでその生産システムが成立するためのモデルを提示するものである。近年の世界的な物価高騰や熟練労働者の減少等を背景に、ドイツではプレファブ住宅の建設が年々増加している。本研究では、その建設の担い手が中小規模の工務店であり、周辺地域の木材が安定的に活用されている点に着目した。これらドイツで特徴的にみられる分散的なプレファブ住宅の生産システムが、持続的に機能するにはどのような要件が求められるのかを明らかにすることで、わが国の持続可能な建築生産のあり方を検討するための有用な知見を提供することを目指している。
