Outline of Research at the Start	2024年4月から「困難な問題を抱える女性への支援に関する法律」が施行されることに伴い、「婦人保護施設」は「女性自立支援施設」に名称を変更し、新法に定められた新たな役割を担うことが求められている。本研究では、新法施行後の「女性自立支援施設」に着目し、今後の施設の設備基準等の見直し・検討に向けた資料を作成することを目的とする。具体的には、旧来の「婦人保護施設」が「女性自立支援施設」としてどのように転用・運営されるのかをモニタリングし記録するとともに、全国の「女性自立支援施設」及び民間のDVシェルターや海外事例などを参考に、あるべき「女性自立支援施設」の空間イメージを作成する。
