Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では，浅海や河川・湖沼など透視度が低い濁水中でのギガビット級高速光無線通信の実現を目的として，これまでにあまり検討されていない波長帯である黄～橙色光源を利用した高速水中光無線通信システムの構築と実地試験による検証を行う．事業期間内では，
① ギガビット級通信が可能となる高速応答が可能な散乱に強い黄～橙色光源の開発・検証
② 黄～橙色光源を用いた高速水中光無線通信システムの構築，およびその実験的評価
の検討を行い，浅海などの濁水中で数メートル以上の水中高速光無線伝送の実現を目指す．
