Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では，歩行者空間整備状況，ならびに，都市施設の立地・土地利用状況や交通利便性などの周辺都市社会環境と来街者数といったまちなかにおける賑わいとの関連性について分析し，年齢や性別，居住地，来街交通手段別などの属性別に歩行者空間整備状況と周辺都市社会環境との交互作用を考慮した上で，その因果構造を明らかにする．その上で，賑わいのあるウィーカブルなまちなか創出のための具体的かつ実践的な施策パッケージを提案する．
